Refund Policy
1. Digital goods & license model
Goldnat plugins are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Each paid edition is tied to a license key validated in real time by goldnat.ai. When a license is revoked (including after a refund), the plugin stops functioning within 24 hours — so a refund is a genuine reversal, not a loophole.
2. When we issue refunds
We issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The plugin does not work on your site and our support team cannot resolve it within 5 business days, or
- You were charged twice for the same plan (billing error).
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after the plugin has been installed and used.
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes not in the supported stack.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase.
3. What happens after a refund
Your license key is deactivated within 24 hours. The plugin will stop loading on your site. The free edition (where available) remains usable.
4. Annual subscriptions — cancellation vs refund
To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription from the Paddle billing portal at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund for the current period. Renewal refunds are considered only in cases of billing error.
5. Outside the 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If the plugin has a major defect that we cannot resolve, contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. In some jurisdictions, Paddle may issue refunds directly under applicable consumer law, independent of this policy.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
8. Contact
